These were a great low carb snack! They are easy to make & delicious!
14 turkey pepperoni = 1 weight watchers smart points
I used great value turkey pepperoni but hormel are similar in points & flavor.
All you do is lay out the amount of pepperoni you are wanting to eat on a single layer on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for about 5 minutes. Keep an eye on them towards the end because they go from crisp to burnt very quickly.
